For the construction of the tiny house frame we are using the wood as raw material. The wood is dried and impregnated against fire, fungi and insects.
We have in our workshop the following machines for preparing the wall / floor / roof panels:

At this step we also assembly the floor / wall / roof panels.

At this step we are assembling the tiny house wall panels and install the antivapour foil.
The foil is sealed at the edges with tape and adhesive in order to prevent the air & vapours to enter inside the walls.

For the wall & roof interior sidding we are using profiled wood 12mm from Hasslacher. Before installation the profiles are finished and painted.

All electrical cables are pulled through the walls and are also installed in flexible metal / plastic tubes.

The sheep wool insulation is stapled to the walls, for better fixation.

On the exterior side we are installing a water barrier foil and the vertical and horizontal wood battens for ventilation space. The ventilation space behind the exterior wall cladding will help the wall to dry faster if there will be some moisture in the interior of the wall.

We are installing aluminium profile double glazed windows and doors.
On the exterior we are using galvanized steel sheeting for the roof and walls combined with thermo treated wood - Lunawood.
All our tiny houses are equiped with a technical box.
The tiny house is removable from the trailer. We are building the shell on the floor and at the final step we install the house on the trailer.

We are installing in the living area triple layered wood flooring wich is sealed with a special adhesive and in the bathroom we use LVT.
